JAN 10, 2026 - Seat Reviver® was profiled in Newsweek for its highly innovative approach as a small U.S. manufacturer. The article highlights how our founder, Steve, transformed a 600-square-foot shop into a fully automated factory that produced over 20,000 bottles through the summer and fall of 2025. (Now capable of producing 420,000 bottles annually. Video Below)
Built using self-designed machinery and automation, the system controls everything from bottle filling, labeling and capping to conveyor movement—allowing high-volume production with minimal labor and overhead. Seat Reviver produced 10,000 bottles in it's first month of launching, having gone viral. "That's how we know it can output at least 120,000 bottles annually in production capacity." (up to $3M in revenue). "With the assembly line, we weren't going for looks. Simply reliability and functionality is what mattered, plus great working products that set themselves apart." said Steve - Seat Reviver has since made upgrades to the line, allowing production that can scale to 420,000 bottles in annual output across it's products ($10M in revenue), with additional products planned for release.
Newsweek noted that this level of automation is typically reserved for "large manufacturers", making Seat Reviver’s grassroots approach both rare and impactful.
