Seat Reviver® Profiled by Newsweek for Automated U.S. Manufacturing

Seat Reviver® was recently covered in Newsweek for its highly innovative approach to small-scale U.S. manufacturing. The article highlights how our founder, Steve, transformed a 600-square-foot shop into a highly efficient, fully automated factory that produced over 20,000 units in 2025 and capable of producing up to $3M in products annually.
Built using self-designed machinery and automation, the system controls everything from bottle filling and labeling to conveyor movement—allowing high-volume production with minimal labor and overhead. Seat Reviver produced 10,000 bottles in it's first month of launching, having gone viral. "That's how we know it can output at least 120,000 bottles annually in production capacity." (up to $3M in revenue). "With the assembly line, we weren't going for looks. Simply reliability and functionality is what mattered, plus a great working product that sets itself apart." said Steve, referencing the use of wood for rapid iteration in building the assembly line.
Newsweek notes that this level of automation is typically reserved for large (multi-million dollar) manufacturers, making Seat Reviver’s grassroots approach both rare and impactful.
