3.2 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments.
4. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: You may request a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must not be fully empty. Open bottles are permitted, provided some product remains.
  • Return Process: Contact our customer service team at returns@seatreviver.com to obtain a return authorization. Package items securely and include your order details.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items, issued to the original payment method.
  • Exclusions: Refunds will not be issued for fully empty items, items returned after 30 days, or original shipping costs.
